This product is delivered by the manufacturer on behalf of blueU.

These conditions are identical whichever distributor you buy from, the only difference is blueU believe that you should be made aware of instructions prior to placing an order.

This product will be delivered within 3-5 working days providing the order is processed before 1pm. Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 6.00pm. After placing your order, blueU sales office will contact you to tell you what day delivery will be. You will also be contacted on the delivery day one hour before delivery on the number supplied at point of order.

If there are any parking, weight and or height restrictions you must inform the blueU sales office.

If after being booked in you miss the delivery or fail to inform us of any restrictions, blueU reserve the right to reclaim any charges made by manufacturer for a failed delivery attempt.

The delivery team are only contracted to deliver to the kerbside, they are not insured to bring the unit into the premises. The driver has been allocated time for you to unpack and examine the unit thoroughly for any transit damage.

Should you find damage however slight or if the driver does not give you adequate time to check then you MUST call blueU so we can speak to Atosa to seek advise. Once goods are signed for no claims for damage can be made.

If the delivery is made out of office hours and during inspection damage is discovered, please sign the delivery note as "damaged" and contact us within 24hours.

Delivery to the following Scotland postcodes include a charge which is available on application.
These are: AB, DD, DG, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH & TD.

These warranty conditions are identical whichever distributor you buy from, the only difference is blueU believe that you should be made aware prior to placing an order.

The manufacturer of this product guarantees the product against manufacturing defects or faults caused by such defects for a period of 24 months. Should a fault occur within this period you must check that the fault has not been caused by an operator. The product is not guaranteed against operator error. If you believe that the fault is covered under warranty you should call blueU to arrange for an engineer to attend site. If the fault is diagnosed as a fault of the product you will not be charged for the engineers time, subsequent visits or parts used. If the fault is caused by operator error blueU reserve the right to recover any charges made by the manufacturer.

You will be asked to provide a valid debit card or credit card to allow blueU to pre-authorise an amount. The call out will become chargeable if the fault is proven to be have been caused by operator error. In these circumstances engineer’s reports will be made available.

Atosa Returns

These conditions are identical whichever distributor you buy from, the only difference is blueU believe that you should be made aware of Atosa’s returns policy prior to placing an order.

If you wish to return this product it is subject to Atosa returns policy.

The returns policy of this manufacturer is to accept returns providing the product is unused and returned in the original packaging that it was delivered in. A carriage charge of £68 and a 15% re-stocking charge will be made by Atosa which blueU reserve the right to reclaim at the point of refunding its customer. A refund will be made after the item has been received by Atosa and fully inspected. If you wish to return this item please call the blueU sales office to arrange for a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) from Atosa. No returns will be accepted by Atosa after 14 days.
