This product will be delivered the next working day providing the order is processed before 2pm. Deliveries will be are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm. If you miss the delivery you will be left a card to advise that you have missed delivery A second delivery will be made the next working day between 8.00am and 6.00pm.blueU reserve the right to reclaim any charges made by the manufacturer if the first two delivery attempts fail.
Upon delivery please check the outer case thoroughly for any external damage. Should you find damage however slight on the packaging or if the driver does not give you adequate time to check then you MUST sign for the goods as “damaged” and reported within 24hours to allow a claim to be made.
If the unit is clearly damaged upon delivery you may refuse delivery and return with driver.

The manufacturer of this product guarantees the product against manufacturing defects or faults caused by such defects for a period of 24 months.To be eligible for the 2 year warranty, products must be serviced at least once within the first 12 months of purchase. Should a fault occur within the first year you must check that the fault has not been caused by an operator. The product is not guaranteed against operator error.
The above warranty excludes all gas powered appliances not permanently installed in a static non-combustible structure incorporating concrete or brick foundations in which case the manufacturers obligation under this condition is limited to the supply of free spare parts only; within a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to a blueU Customer. The warranty may be withdrawn if the equipment has not been installed and maintained as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
If you believe that the fault is covered under warranty you should call blueU to arrange for an engineer to attend site. If the fault is diagnosed as a fault of the product you will not be charged for the engineers time, subsequent visits or parts used. If the fault is caused by operator error blueU reserve the right to recover any charges made by the manufacturer.
You will be asked to provide a valid debit card or credit card to allow blueU to pre-authorise an amount. The call out will become chargeable if the fault is proven to be have been caused by operator error. In these circumstances engineer’s reports will be made available. Should a fault occur within the second year your engineer should identify the replacement part required and contact blueU.
You may be asked to contact the technical department of the manufacturer to identify the specific part. The replacement part will be despatched to your establishment to allow you engineer to replace the faulty part. The parts are not guaranteed against operator error.

If you wish to return this product it is subject to Parry returns policy.
The returns policy of this manufacturer is to accept returns providing the product is unused and returned in the original packaging that it was delivered in. The responsibility of arranging the return of this product to Parry will be that of the customer. A 25% re-stocking charge will be made by Parry which blueU reserve the right to reclaim at the point of refunding its customer. A refund will be made after the item has been received by Parry and fully inspected. If you wish to return this item please call the blueU sales office to arrange for a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) from Parry. No returns will be accepted by Parry after 48 hours.
