This product will be delivered within 3-5 days providing the order is processed before 2pm. Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 6.00pm. The day prior to the delivery being made you will be contacted you on the number you supply to blueU to book in the delivery.
If after being booked in you miss the delivery blueU reserve the right to reclaim any charges made by manufacturer for a failed delivery attempt. The manufacturer contract their deliveries to be delivered to the doorstep only and drivers are not insured to bring goods into your premises.
Upon delivery please remove the outer packaging and examine thoroughly for any transit damage. Should you find damage however slight or if the driver does not give you adequate time to check then you MUST sign for the goods as “damaged” and report within 24hours to allow a claim to be made.
If the unit is clearly damaged upon delivery you may refuse the delivery and return with driver.

The manufacturer of this product guarantees the product against manufacturing defects or faults caused by such defects for a period of 5 years. Should a fault occur within this period you must check that the fault has not been caused by an operator. The product is not guaranteed against operator error. If you believe that the fault is covered under warranty you should call blueU to arrange for an engineer to attend site. If the fault is diagnosed as a fault of the product you will not be charged for the engineers time, subsequent visits or parts used. If the fault is caused by operator error blueU reserve the right to recover any charges made by the manufacturer.
You will be asked to provide a valid debit card or credit card to allow blueU to pre-authorise an amount. The call out will become chargeable if the fault is proven to be have been caused by operator error. In these circumstances engineer’s reports will be made available.

If you wish to return this product it is subject to Prodis’s returns policy.
The returns policy of this manufacturer is to accept returns providing the product is unused and returned in the original packaging that it was delivered in. The responsibility of arranging the return of this product to Prodis will be that of the customer. A 25% re-stocking charge will be made by Prodis which blueU reserve the right to reclaim at the point of refunding its customer. A refund will be made after the item has been received by Prodis and fully inspected. If you wish to return this item please call the blueU sales office to arrange for a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) from Prodis. No returns will be accepted by Prodis after 14 days.
